Worth saying plainly, because it surprises people. The travel, the set-up, the access protection and the vehicle are much the same whether the garden is small or large — so a compact plot with awkward access can be quoted closer to a larger one with a driveway than the square metreage suggests. It is not the size that costs; it is the handling.
Anyone removing waste from your property commercially should be a registered waste carrier. It is worth asking — as the householder you have a duty of care to check your waste goes to someone authorised to take it.
