Area is the easy question. The surface material and how long it has been left decide how slow the work is.
Patio cleaning is quoted on area, surface type, condition, access and finishing work. A smooth slab cleaned every couple of years is quick; a porous or textured surface with years of moss is a different job at the same area.
We do not publish a fixed price list for power washing, because area, surface type and how long it has been left all change the job considerably. What we can do is explain what moves the number.

It depends on area, surface material, how long it has been left and the work around the edges — weeds in joints, steps and borders to protect.
Most can, but the pressure must suit the surface. Sandstone, limestone and resin bound all need care, and too much pressure leaves permanent marks.
Green algae, black spot and general grime clean up very well. Oil, rust and existing damage are another matter.
Block paving does. Washing removes the jointing sand, and without it the blocks lose their interlock.
Not if the borders are protected and runoff is directed sensibly, which is part of doing the job properly.
Optional. On porous stone it slows re-soiling and helps colour, but it needs a fully dry surface and reapplying every few years.
Usually a day in reasonable weather, longer in shade or cold. Sealing should wait until it is properly dry throughout.
Usually a couple of years, sooner on a shaded patio. Sweeping leaf litter off over winter slows it considerably.
