We do not publish a fixed price list for power washing, because area, surface type and how long it has been left all change the job considerably. What we can do is explain what moves the number.
The obvious one, and usually the one people quote when they ring. Larger areas are generally better value per square metre because set-up and access spread across more work — but every other factor below can override it, which is why two areas of identical size are often quoted very differently.

Every joint has to be cleaned, and the jointing sand has to be replaced afterwards or the blocks lose their interlock.
Clearing the slurry. Washing makes a mess before it makes anything clean, and that mess has to be collected rather than hosed into a border.
