Area is the easy question. The surface material and how long it has been left are what decide how slow the work is.
Patio washing is quoted on area, surface type, condition, access and finishing work. A smooth slab cleaned every couple of years is quick; a textured or porous surface with years of moss is a different job at the same square metreage.
We do not publish a fixed price list for power washing, because area, surface type and how long it has been left all change the job considerably. What we can do is explain what moves the number.

Block paving loses its jointing sand during washing and needs it replaced — without it the blocks lose their interlock and start to move. Kiln-dried sand, brushed in and settled, is the standard finish. Sealing is separate and optional: it slows re-soiling and helps colour on porous stone, but it needs a properly dry surface and reapplying every few years, so it is a decision rather than a default.
