Most estate drives are block paved, which cleans up better than almost any surface — and needs re-sanding afterwards without exception.
Driveway cleaning is quoted on area, surface type, condition, staining and finishing. On a block-paved estate drive the finishing — re-sanding — is a real part of the job rather than an optional extra.
We do not publish a fixed price list for power washing, because area, surface type and how long it has been left all change the job considerably. What we can do is explain what moves the number.

Oil is the honest caveat on any driveway quote, and estate drives see plenty of it. Fresh surface oil usually lifts well with treatment. Oil that has soaked into porous block over years is a different matter — pressure washing lightens it, treatment lightens it further, and sometimes a shadow remains. We will tell you which we think yours is before starting rather than after.
Estate frontages are next to each other and visible together, so a clean drive between two green ones is a slightly odd result — and two or three properties booking the same morning spreads the travel and set-up across all of them. It is worth a word before booking, particularly on a street where the drives are all the same age and condition.
